Customer-facing spaces need to look cared for. Scuffed walls, broken handles and loose fittings send the wrong message. We fix them quickly and tidily, early in the morning, after closing or on weekends.

Warehouses and industrial units

In the Cranbourne West precinct and elsewhere, we help with offices and amenities inside warehouses, storeroom shelving, internal doors and patching. We do not install or certify pallet racking, and we do not do work requiring elevated work platforms.

Schools, clubs and community buildings

Make-good

At the end of a commercial lease, we can remove tenant fixtures, patch and paint, repair doors and complete other non-licensed items on your make-good list, as agreed with the landlord.
