We work in occupied homes with care, respect tenants’ privacy and belongings, and leave the property clean and secure.

Minimum standards

Victoria’s rental minimum standards include items such as locks on external doors and window coverings in bedrooms and living areas. We help with the handyman items, while electrical, heating and plumbing standards need licensed trades.
